Full members are entitled to vote on all matters under consideration by the association or any body established by the association in whose work the full members to participate. Each Full Member has one vote. Full Ranks Members have equal weight.

Full members can be:

• Companies and other forms of economic operators in Kosovo that information technology and communications are primary activities.
• Industry associations. STIKK may accept as members organizations and associations representing specific areas of the industry of information technology and communication in Kosovo.

Benefits as Full Member

• Participate in and contribute to discussions at meetings of the General Assembly of Members
• The full right to vote in the Assembly of STIKK
• The possibility of nomination and selection for the Executive Board of STIKK
• May be part of the Commissions or Working Groups Special
• The right of direct communication and proposal activities with the Board and Director of STIKK
• STIKK involvement in activities such as communication with institutions, receiving information about cooperation opportunities, acceptance of information about new projects, etc..
• Inclusion in the database of members, products and services listed, which is used for placement of contacts and communication with clients and potential partners
• Discounts for participating in seminars or events in the field of ICT
• Acceptance of E-Newsletter
• Information fast and constant for all issues and activities undertaken by the Association.
• Networking opportunities with member-member and members of associations of other countries

The level of membership for full members is determined by the total annual turnover. [1]

• Large companies with turnover greater than € 1,000.000 per year - Annual Membership: € 800
• Companies Middle circulation 500,000 - € 1,000.000 per year Annual Membership: € 500
• Medium companies with turnover of 250,000 to 500,000 € per year Annual Membership: € 200
• Small companies with turnover up to € 250,000 per year Annual Membership: € 100
